“Using the website was very easy. The issues I had came after I had paid. Minutes after submitting my order, I decided that I might want to go up one size, using canvas that was 2 in larger. I immediately emailed, asking for the increase ( I emailed instead of calling because the time of day that I placed my order was while they were not open) But didn't hear back until 8 hours later - by that point, they told me that my canvas was already in production, so if I wanted to have the size increased, there would be an $8 fee for covering the materials that they had already used.... If they had checked my email when they opened at the beginning of the day, there should have been no problem, as at that point in time when I sent my email to them, there was no way that they did not have enough time to see my email before starting production. Starting production. To me, this can only be interpreted as them trying to gouge me for an additional $8... When my order arrived, it arrived a week later than expected - which was fine since I made sure to order it well in advance of the day I needed it - But I did find that the image was a bit blurred and not as sharp as it should have been, considering how incredible the pixel rate of the image I gave them was. I have a very extensive knowledge of digital art, so I can say for a fact that there is no reason why my image should have been blurred.”
