“Print was easy to make. But it is now 4 days past the delivery date. Had to call customer service to send me confirmation email that it has been shipped. It in fact has not been shipped. For 3 days the tracking says waiting for item. ? The website in my opinion was misleading. No idea where my print is and it is a gift.. still with company or sitting at UPS?? Not happy.”

“Craig Alexander, a photographer who does a lot of business with you, recommended you as a supplier for canvas prints. He supplied me with a Promo Code for Canadians (MASTERCLASSCA) for a discount - there was no opportunity for me to enter this - I called customer service after completing the order and was told that this promo code was not valid. Since then I talked to Craig - he suggested I email you, which I have done and no response from you. He told me he will be looking into this with you. So this is the only communication I have had from you since emailing you about the promo code. I also have no idea how well your canvas will reproduce my photo, as the file you sent me is so small I can't tell how it will come out. So at this point, I'm giving you a poor rating because of lack of communication. I sure hope your work is decent as my order is a test - I will be selling my art online and need a supplier, but if your lack of communication is any indication, I may have to look for other suppliers”
