“This is my second time using Easy Prints, and it's confirmed, they do great work! My first time using them was flawless, so easy to navigate the website, it was AWESOME! The second time the website was not as kind, resulting in having to cancel my first order for which I was charged, though I cancelled it in under five minutes. They did refund me after 10 days, but them holding the money wasn't fun. The reason I cancelled it was that upon submitting, everything was perfect, when the receipt screen came up it was cut off. The second order, I corrected the delivery address 6 times, and it STILL WAS SENT TO ME, THE BILLING ADDRESS! At least it was sent it to me, but that resulted in a C$65 additional shipping charge, as I had to then ship it to my folks! It was an Anniversary present, that arrived 10 days late as a result. The fabulous prices they charged, were definitely scuttled this last time.”
