“The site and customer service for the delivery time were great. When my order arrived however, it was extremely blurry and pixelated. I wish there had been a low quality warning and I would not have put through my order. I’m surprised this quality was shipped out.”

“received wrong picture. Talked to someone on phone and they told me they resending one.. waited 3 weeks, still no picture. Phoned again and talked to someone and they found out there was not one sent.. so they apparently sent another one.. they told me 5-10 business days I should receive it.. it’s been 2 weeks + so far and still haven’t received.. so will call again next week and find out what’s the holdup.. or if it was even sent again???? Not happy at all. My canvas was a Christmas gift and it is February and still haven’t received it.”
