“Hi, You don't have to share these comments online if you'd rather not? The very affordable price for the 16" x 20" was wonderful. I ordered 25 of them to offer as 'perks' for friends making donations to support the orphanage/school construction project in Nepal that we are assisting with. However, because I did Not receive a Proof prior to my placing my Final order there were a few issues that I needed to correct. Initially, I had sent a layout that included a 3/4" border. When I saw That first (and only) Proof, I communicated to the 'Customer Love representative' that i would send another layout that included a 1/2" border. I was Not sent a Proof for that new layout, only verbal assurance that it had been received and that That new layout would be the one used for printing. I do Not see where That layout was the one that was used for printing my 25 Canvas Prints. That was nothing I could address when I received my order. However, the TWO issues that I did have to correct on my end were (#1 due to lack of my seeing and approving a Proof prior to printing); 1- TWO small white spots in the upper right corner, that may have been in the original layout and could have been corrected if I had been able to look at a Proof?. 2- Scuffed paint on the edges of many of the canvases that I assume took place during contact with the cardboard used for packaging and shipping. Yesterday, I purchased matching acrylic touch up paint from a local art supply and have done the best I could to cover up the white spots and scuffed paint. When UPS delivered the packages to my location most of the boxes had obviously been loaded on the bottom during shipping as those boxes were crushed and distorted. Despite the need for me to make repairs/remedies, my experience was a positive one overall. I will probably choose to order additional canvas prints from you in the future for my fundraising project in Nepal. Sincerely, Dennis Specht, LMT”
