“The website was very easy to navigate but I don't like that you can't set up an account to come back to a project. I was pleased with almost all 22 of our pictures but one came out really pixelated and I wish they would have contacted us to see if we truly wanted that and also the black border is grey on 2 of our pictures. Called customer service and they said "I (the customer) should have noticed the pixelated picture before they printed it. They didn't review pictures prior to printing and they don't contact the customers." I'm just saying that we spent enough money on one purchase that they could have taken notice and maybe reached out to us. Also, they get you with the shipping in the end. There were no options on shipping to get any kind of deal. We were charged for each and every picture instead of maybe combining some or getting a discount since we were buying so many.”
