We apologize for that delay. Our production facility in Western North Carolina was negatively impacted by Hurricane Helene. Our community suffered devastating losses to lives, property, and infrastructure. Power and cell coverage, not to mention water, were out for an extended period of time for most of the region. To this date, there are still roads and bridges that have not been replaced. And debris still litters the entire area. The recovery process for our company did not go smoothly and took much longer than anyone expected. We did post about the delay on our website. Unfortunately, we were not able to email all affected customers and have taken steps to rectify that in the future should anything else like this happen again.
