Owen, We are saddened to hear that you were not pleased with your canvas. I reviewed your correspondence with the Customer Service team. The 8x8 canvas is currently free. The black & white image we printed does match the preview image you saw when placing your order. If you wish to reorder your image in color, the 8x8 is still free. You will only need to pay for shipping.
