“This sign was a "rough draft" for an upcoming project. Buildasign noticed that the artwork was too low resolution for a truly professional outcome, and contacted us to see if we wanted to change the artwork or cancel the order. We went ahead with it anyway because it is not the final sign, and having the draft version would let us know how to tweak it for the final version. Very happy with their quick turnaround, quality of the product, and especially with their customer service regarding the artwork. This is not the first time we have ordered from them and the result is always excellent.”

“I thought that's what I just rated. Sadly, without a tool to prevent air bubbles and creases, the sticker did not lay flat. And then the decal stretched when I lifted it to try to fix the creases . . . that only made it worse. Very disappointing that no application tool or tips on how to best apply it were included!”
