Bed Fly Conversion Kit - Option A (Hardware Included) Kit 1: Bolts Mounting @ Both Ends Reviews

4.9 Rating 66 Reviews
Arrived quickly, very easy to fit on Lark, I went back 3 holes on rail to avoid double thickness from stabiliser legs on all 4 corners and enlarged hole in rail to spec. Cut off fittings on poles as per very clear instructions on website. Couldn't get plastic ends jammed quite all the way in to poles as very tight fitting, but happy with result once punched. Looks great on dummy run so far. Might try clips on underside corners of bed tray to secure corners of awning screen in winds. Looking forward to not having to put up poles again! Great mod for $50.

Good kit, parts easy to fit and the mod is a great improvement to the camper. The screw in knobs on the pole ends are a bit small making them fiddly to use.

Really easy to fit to existing poles and modify. Ended up drilling and riveting some of the new pole ends into poles as they needed to be crimped in.

Kit works great however I did have to go and buy longer bolts to mount on the the jayco lark (touring) as mine has a tube of steel to fix to rather than a plate. I also cut the short piece (for the peak) to just 100mm instead of 150mm otherwise it pulled it all out of shape, but each make and model will be different I guess. Other than that, Great design.

Very good conversion kit and the excellent instructions made for a quick and easy install. Bed flys are far easier to setup now and can be done single handed.

The kit is great and has everything that you need to complete the modification. It was a relatively simple job to do and it is a must. We did it before we went on our first trip
