“The hose has to be completely flat with no curves otherwise the grey water cant unbend the kinks with water weight or pressure. I ended up buying a grey water hose from mitre 10 for 30 dollars. It's Rigid but flexible. And the reel is annoying as you have to pull the hose entirely from the reel. Also the fittings were loose and they leaked from the joiner. Just an all around Terrible product. Im the idiot for buying into the idea”
