“As a first time knitter I was a bit hesitant to start with a jumper, but love a challenge. It's knitted in the round which was a bit of a mind bender to start with, but it was sooooooo easy once I got the hang of it. Love my knit - I get lots of compliments every time I wear it”
“I ran out of wool as per my email. Instead of buying more wool I unpicked quite a few rows which suited me because it was far too long. This enabled me to finish the sleeve and using leftover bits from my first cardi, had just enough for the neck. Since there are no dimensions given in the pattern perhaps it would be a good idea to allocate how many balls should be needed for each piece eg the body and the sleeves. My other comment is: wondering why you chose circular needles for this garment? My experience was it makes the body a bit stiff and very barrel shaped!!!! The jumper doesn’t hang quite as well as I had hoped. I won’t use patterns that don’t have expected dimensions again, my first, Olivia cardi was just perfect, Di Tebbutt 0409934917 PS. Maybe dimensions were there and I didn’t see them.”
