“I wish I could say I loved this top more! It was super fun to knit and the cotton is beautiful, but I feel like technically it jumped through a few essential loop holes which made the neckline especially look unfinished and uncomfortable to wear. There's only 2 lines of shaping around the front of the neck and none at the back - I could barely get it over my head - and when I did, the neckline came up way to high. I ended up unpicking and freestyling my own neck hole (a god challenge, but not really something I wanted to have to figure out given I'd bought a kit). I feel like with a few pattern tweaks, this would have been amazing! Oh also - if you want a tighter fit like the model, definitely size down a size or two!”
“Unique summer knit top. Enjoyable to knit in the round and with the decreases on the front and back sides. I have a short torso so I cast on for a size 14-16 but did the row number length for size 6-8 so it was more cropped and suited my body.”
