The customer service was excellent - prompt, friendly, authentic, lovely fun surprises in the box and hence, the main reason I wanted to love it.
The products are great - quality wool and needles, lovely colours. And they come in sustainable packaging.
The drawback for me is that the instruction card and videos seem to be slightly underdone for a complete beginner, or maybe just for THIS complete beginner. Apparently the beanie takes between 1.5-2 hours to complete. I have spent around that long trying to learn to knit and haven't even got a test piece that looks like the video yet. I am not planning to give up yet but perhaps the videos could be a little clearer, with more slow-mo shots to show where the stitch transfers between needles etc.”
“Instructions took a bit of work as a complete novice to knitting, but made much easier by watching ALL the cardigang videos BEFORE starting to knit. And then having them on replay easily at hand while knitting.
It was entertaining and fun. I'd definitely do it again, if only Sydney was colder to wear it more often!
