“I bought a custom hard case from this site probably 2ish years ago, it was actually a somewhat two piece design with a bumper fully enclosing the phone and the hard back on it. It was time to get my daughter a new case as her tastes have changed so I figured I'd get a new custom case from the same place again. The new case does NOT fully enclose the phone. The top and bottom are both open leaving the phone open to damage upon being dropped. I am extremely disappointed. This is not a protective case.”
