I ordered a solid wood urn on the 21st Nov. 2022 late afternoon and the order arrived on the 24th Nov.
at lunchtime but I wasn't home at the time and I picked it up from the post office the next morning.
I consider this a very fast delivery. The parcel was extremely well packed in bubble paper, an inner carton and an outer carton, it was so well packed thank you. The Urn was exactly what I ordered, beautiful craftsmanship and finish. I was so happy to put my wife's remains in the Urn and place the Urn as part of my furnisher. I am so glad to have dealt with your organization.”
