“I am unable to give a review on the small urns as I actually received 2 LARGE Urns. However, I will give you a top mark for service. I contacted your office on the day of receipt and spoke to GAVIN and advised him of the error. I had decided to keep the large Urns but was concerned that I owed your Company the difference in cost.
