“Unfortunately the plug that I purchased from Cass Brothers for my Kaldewei bath didn't fit. I sent a detailed email and photos last Thursday week, outlining the situation and my concerns, and followed it up with a phone call on Thursday. I look forward to hearing back from Cass Brothers and hopefully receiving the correct plug.
