“The microwave was as described thanks. The delivery was delayed, as when purchased the item was not in stock and took an additional month to deliver. This was not advertised on your website prior to purchase. On top of that, the email I received asking if I still wanted the delayed item did not have its certificates setup and went straight to my junk mail. Creating an additional delay. Unfortunately, my tenants were without a microwave for the entire time. I’ll look to shop elsewhere next time, as the delivery time and communication was too clunky.
