“Tap arrived safely - good packaging. Took a Very Long Time to be delivered. Was out of stock when I purchased it & good communicative response would be about a week to source the tap. Turned out nearly a month, with no word orinformation in between, aside from the initial. You shouldn't have to chase them up. Tap installed and works fine and looks good, but hose and fitting already loosened up so it doesn't stay in place.
