“Hi Team, I have to commend you on your team’s customer service and product knowledge. This was a replacement seat with a new model name so the hinges needed to line up. Also they were fantastic with aftercare as I lost a couple of small plastic parts and your service desk found a set in the spares box. They were great on the phone too as I called to make sure they had the parts in stock, before collection. Would highly recommend! Well done to the team in charge of the team training.”
