“There are 4 cats using the litter & 1 of them is allergic to clay. The clumping litter is working for all 4. This doesn't happen often. It tracks some and needs to be changed more often than other litters but it is great for allergic cats and the environment.
The non clumping was not great for multi cat homes. I found the urine scent developed quickly and the tracking was too much to keep up. We prefer the clumping.”
“This is the best litter I’ve ever used, I wish I knew about it sooner. Much lighter than traditional clumping litter, almost no dust, clumps well, easy to scoop, doesn’t stick much to the bottom of the box, and no overwhelming perfume smell! I also love the non- clumping but I find that the clumping works better for me because my cat is a large gal w/ diabetes and she urinates quite a bit. I tell everyone I know with cats to use cat spot!”
“We no use this exclusively for our fuzzy critters. They took to it immediately upon change. The cleanup is easy. Price is very fair. Shipping is fast and packaging excellent.A great American Company. We truly appreciate as do our pets. Thank you very much.”
“I love CatSpot brand in general but I wasn’t crazy about the clumping litter. I typically use the non-clumping CatSpot litter but decided to try the clumping version this time. The clumping action isn’t very good and the clumps break apart easily. As soon as I run out of this one, I will go back to using the CatSpot non-clumping litter!”
“We've been using the non clumping CatSpot litter for 3-4 years now & just recently switched to the clumping version. The kitties really seem to like both but so far the clumping wins with me. It does control odor better but that's because you're scooping the pee instead of stirring it in. Also it's a little heavier so it sifts better than the non clumping. I would recommend either but if you're transitioning from clay, go with the clumping coconut litter, the kitties will never know the difference.”
