“I have three cats, and at the recommendation of my cat's vet, I've been using Cat Spot for probably a decade now.
This litter has been great for us and checks a lot of boxes: 1) it doesn't get stuck in my cat's paws like clay litter can, 2) there are no chemicals or unnecessary fragrances, and 3) my cat's actually prefer this litter--jumping into the box with joy when freshly cleaned and refilled, 4) once solid waste is completely removed, it can be spread out as compost in an outdoor garden area. (My vet told me about this and I initially didn't believe her, but it's true. That reduces the garbage waste significantly.) 5) It's also very lightweight when handling--in comparison to heavy clay litter.
Last but not least, the Customer Service is amazing. They are helpful, responsive and you get a person who answers the phone right away. The few times I've ever had an issue, they've quickly corrected. If you want to adjust your order, they take care of that right away, as well. I rank all of the above as very high!”
“I am usually the biggest fan of Catspot, one of my last shipment the consistency of the product was off. It was heavy and felt like it got wet then tried to dry. The shipments after that were perfect again. Not sure what happened. Outside of that bag, its a great product.”
“This is the 3rd bag of litter that I've received that is clumping and is difficult to clean. I am very disappointed in the recent quality of the litter. I've been using this litter for years, and just recently the quality has greatly diminished.
If the next bag continues clump I will discontinue my subscription.”
“We have two cats. We pour this litter into a very large litter box and don't touch it for two weeks. Then we dump it and do it all over again. The smell from their pee and poop is barely noticeable. The absorption of the litter is phenomenal. 1000% recommend.”

“I just got kitten 3 months ago decided to try natural litter I used to use this scented one from Amazon realized smell is not good for my cat. So after couple times change small coconut flake got in to my cats eye and now I have to bring her to the vet. I think flakes are too small plus when I try to clean I don’t see the pee anymore I can only clean poop part. And pee part just stayed there smell very strong and bad. Definitely not buying it again.”
