“I just used it for a week in preventive mode. Its triggered my migraine daily. I have to take painkillers as even after using it for acute mode, nothing happens. Initially I thought it's because I have migraine and it's now getting daily. But my husband who bought this for me to reduce my med, told me to stop it completely as a week before I was completely normal on holiday for a week with not a single day migraine. My husband bought this for holiday but since it came late, we decided to start the treatment after holiday. So it's not used for a week. Now I am not using at all from last 4 days and got a relief. Could you please help us to get refund as $ 400 is not a small amount and my husband paid using afterpay as he can't afford this in single payment. “Package came missing a three pack of electrodes, wipes included with cefaly device were out of date. Device itself is great, however given the expense of the product I would have expected more thorough review of ordered items and the expiration date of included skin wipes.”

“I am happy with this appliance as I have trialed it before. There is a difference in how it works this time - I am not sure of the reason. The actual electrical pathway seems different and shorter this time with the new appliance.
The thing I hate about it is how the strip is so expensive. Pensioners are being driven into poverty but things like this are unaffordable which means we suffer. You do not have a subsidy for pensioners. The Hospital recommended this implement but people like me have to sacrifice other essential things in life to relieve pain.”
