“T feel the test quality is great, as are the detailed reports. However CUSTOMER CARE IS HORRID! For two weeks I have now tried chat help, email and calls (chatbot only, referring back to email, no humans anywhere) as half my order is missing. At a whapping £50 that is not sth I want to ignore. No reply. No solution offered. Nothing. Will need to get the bank involved to get my money back. Very poor performance there”
