“This model of bat it’s to thin. I write to change the model for other ( it’s new never used) and tell me NO Ok, I understand, but can you offer me a discount and free delivery so I can buy another model? Can you offer me alternatives? Or is there simply nothing to do? You are a worldwide and extremely large company that can easily resell the returned bat and be able to help me as a buyer. I looking the BD13. What is the diameter size of this bat?”
