“Loving my certified mold free coffee from Changing Habits . As a GAPS coach I suggest clients build up to coffee enemas, excellent for supporting the liver and detox, but the coffee has to be organic AND mold free. As I tell clients "When you put something into your body through the rear end it will be directly absorbed into your blood stream and will not be filtered by your liver first. Moldy coffee via enema can cause jittery unpleasant feelings of anxiety…. similar to the effect of orally taken caffeine on some people. Changing Habits has mold free coffee." Thanks heaps for this product. Simply the best way to have coffee for calm energy all day ! Bee Winfield certified KETO GAPS coach , Merri Bee Organic Farm WA”

“I've tried a lot of coffee over the years, but Changing Habits coffee has become my favourite. It's beautifully smooth, rich without being bitter, and incredibly easy to drink. Knowing it's organically grown and thoughtfully sourced makes every cup even more enjoyable. It's one of those small daily rituals I genuinely look forward to.”
