“I bought the complete pack and recipient books and it was great as I had all I needed to do the best job at the protocol, which by the way works so amazingly well. We bought an air fryer and kept meals super simple and I lost 7kg in my first round . Now on my second as it works so well. “I had gained a lot of weight 20kg over 2 years after my pregnancy, no matter what I did I could not get it off . I did the initial round and lost 12kg and have kept it off been trying to do another round however struggling second time around . With dedication it comes off easily .”
