Hi Marianne, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. All of our Fat Loss Protocol Packs contain two tubs of Health Essentials Powder. Each tub contains 30 servings, and during phases 2 and 3 of the Fat Loss Protocol, you'll take this product twice daily. Two tubs guarantee an ample supply without running out. We've changed our ethanol (alcohol) supplier, which has resulted in a slight change in the taste of the Support Drops. The amount of ethanol used remains unchanged. It's important to note that ethanol serves as a preservative and is not an active ingredient in the bottle, so the drops maintain the same formula and effectiveness as before. “Whilst I would recommend the pack and the protocol for others, I have finally realised after 5 attempts at protocol it is not right for me as I have been wanting to be Vegan for sometime and this protocol does not support me as a vegan. So whilst I will continue to use these supplements I will not undertake the protocl again.”
