My experience with this program is disappointing. The app didn't work, every time I emailed the support email, got an automated response and took 24+72+++ hours to get back to me with no actual response My Naturopath recommended this to me unfortunately my experience was not all wha the hype was .

I have been through this journey with the Fat Loss Protcol a couple of times about 11-12 years ago with a lot of success each time. Unfortunately life sometimes gets in the way ... stress, family losses & job losses as well & everything goes haywire. Here I am again & doing very well with great weight loss on the improved program. Not feeling hungry & have so far not strayed back to bad habits. Highly recommend this program .. no injections & no pills ... just straight good food & discipline!

The fat loss protocol yielded results beyond my imagination. I lost 12.5kg of the 17kg I need to lose. My heartburn is gone and I have stopped snoring. While it was challenging, it was nowhere near as hard as I thought it was going to be. I am enjoying reintroducing foods and working out what works for me.

I followed the protocol pretty well with a few exceptions…. I used instant coffee instead of real coffee beans, and I often had more than one vegetable daily (I just adore Kaleslaw and had that with most meals)…. I lost 7.5 kilograms over 33 days. After one month of finishing stage 2 my weight fluctuates no more than 400 grams on any day and I am pretty thrilled with that! I am sleeping better and feel happier and calmer in myself. Thoroughly enjoyed the journey and would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their overall health, weight and general mental wellbeing❣️

I loved the Fat Loss Protocol! I lost 3 kg in the kickstart phase and then another 2.5 kg in the first 10 days of phases 1 and 2. I didn’t feel hungry but unfortunately had to stop due to health issues not connected to the Fat Loss Protocol. I plan to have a better go in the new year!
