“Bought a bag of Emmer Wheat flour to try. Use to love making sourdough until the bad feelings of eating, what I thought to be gluten, got to me. Turns out it's just Australia's wheat standards that are trash. Have since learned about how Europ doesn't have that problem... Go figure! Been trying out this Emma flour and feel fine, got a new sourghdo starter happening now and exited to get to baking bread again! =D”

“Emmer Wheat is now a staple in our pantry. We use it to make so many recipes. I'm not fussy that a recipe will sometimes tell me plain or self raising flour I'll use emmers and more often the not it works perfect. Plus I am so confident with Changing Habits products that I know I am doing the right thing for our health.”

“I use the Emmer Wheat regularly mixed with Khorasan flour to make the most amazing bread. All my family including the Grandchildren love helping me make "yummy bread"”
