The stated measurements describe the minimum and maximum a harness can be adjusted to. To ensure a comfortable fit for your dog please allow for an additional 2-3cm (approx. two-finger) width room.
CHEST: Chest circumference measurement should be taken at the WIDEST part (just behind the front legs).
Example, if you've measured your dog and the result is: CHEST - 51cm
Your dog would fit in size 2 but they would be on the maximum end, not allowing much room for growth or thicker fur. To ensure a more comfortable fit we would therefore recommend a size 3.

“Absolutely love this harness! The step in feature is so handy for our pup, he doesn't handle over the head harnesses very well so this has made our lives so much easier. “I’ve got the full Teal set; the harness, the lead & the seat belt. I’ve followed Charlie + Co from the start and I had my heart set on this set for my little pup and WOW was I not disappointed!! “This product is absolutely amazing. We have many harnesses at home - but the step-in design is absolutely fantastic. If your dog doesn't love over-the-head harnesses, this is such a game changer because it's so easy to put on. Also, I can confidently say I have never had such a high-quality harness as Charlie & Co. The gun-metal grey hardware is stunning, the label itself is a beautiful taupe and the teal design is so lush. It washes up a dream, I honestly cannot rave enough about this product. “Never having had a step-in harness I was curious to how this would work. A month later and this is officially my 'Go To' harness! Honestly i could talk about ALL the things i love but to be honest I just say buy it! The quality is amazing. Its sturdy. I dont worry it will break or fall apart. Its easy to clean. Its soft and padded so nice for Storm to wear and its a beautiful design! Even the box it came in was perfect. Will definately buy another in another colour because im obsessed!”
