“I’ve used the pills for several years now and the biggest problem is that you have to wait an hour or so sometimes 24 to really kick in plus you have to be on an empty stomach. You still have to be on a fairly empty stomach for this to work, but the timing is like 20 to 30 minutes, which is super convenient because you can take it on the date, eat a healthy dinner and still be prepared. The flavors aren’t bad either. They don’t taste terrible. What I used to do was chew the pill to see if I could quicken my response to it, but it would give me this awful taste in my mouth and I never knew if it worked or not. This product is great.”
