“The gel is fine it was the delivery which was an issue. After two weeks of no change in tracking info, I emailed customer service. They were responsive and said there was an issue with customs and offered to refund my purchase. I thought I was all set and then the refund never came. I paid via PayPal. After reaching out to them they said they had an issue processing the refund. Emails were exchanged back and forth and nothing. In the end they stopped responding to my emails so ended up calling Amex which is card that was used via PayPal to file a complaint . After weeks gone by, I received a package with half the order. No credit for what they didn’t ship , no emails no nothing. Very frustrating and disappointing!”
