I love my 5 star set, they are light years beyond any other knife i have ever used, but the twin master line of knives is easily my first choice for work. once you put your edge to it, it holds it, and who actually cares if it gets scooped up by the new guy and dulled to crap, or dropped and the tip snaps, look at THAT PRICE!
