“I checked the tracking detail and found the product was sitting in Montreal a few days. I phoned the number on my order / statement and was told to call Purolator directly. I confirmed I had done business with your company, you contracted the shipping out and it's your obligation to follow through on delayed delivery. It was delivered over a week late and the cardboard box had a sticker "4 of 12", was in rough shape and taped to the extreme. Then, after placing the order, I am receiving notices of 30% off the price I paid. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.”
“I contacted this company left messages with concerns and my calls were not returned. The product itself is good though. It was shipped by courier, who then past it off to Canada Post, because the courier won‚Äôt deliver to my area. Had I have known this I would have paid extra to have it shipped directly to me. I was under a time crunch which I had to begrudgingly had to modify. At the same time I order something similar that I needed and received it within two days free delivery. The product is good and suited my needs but the shipping method is not one that was happy about. I wasn‚Äôt happy about leaving messages that went unanswered, during open hours they should either answer the phone, return calls or just take the capability to leave your name and number away. The reduction in stars is for their, as I see it, lack of better customer support.”
