“Solid product, purchased for my catering business, they keep food piping hot for atleast 7 hours if you season them prior to adding food by putting hot water inside and closing the doors for a while. 10/10, when i can afford the hard plastic ones i will upgrade but for now these are amazing”
“I bought this unit from Chefequipment.com a few weeks back and I just got to use it this past weekend for my barbecue business. It kept my briskets hot ALL DAY. I would only open the unit when absolutely needed, and every pan that I removed was still hot to the touch. It performed better than expected.
The only reason that i gave it 4 stars and not 5, is that I'm not sure how the foam construction will hold up over time (seperation of the glues/adhesives) but as for now everything is great. I will probably end up purchasing another of these units as I scale up!”
“If your sceptical about this product doing its job and if your food items will retain its heat or not, let me tell you.
This box kept everything piping hot even after we wound up out offsite event 6 hours later with opening and closing it multiple times throughout the evening.
The other was a 6 hour journey for a Turkey dinner Dropoff. We delivered as if it all freshly came out of the oven.
Two things to things to keep however.
-It is a heavy duty styrofoam container, so treat it with some love and care.
-Crispy items will moisten up in the container.
-flavour transfers between items so wrap em well.
Oh and delivery and service was amazing by the Chef Equipment team! Shoutout to Tony for taking care of my Order.”
