“The unit is larger than I expected. It has a very solid feel and is clearly professional equipment. The controls are simple and intuitive and really all you need (no Bluetooth!): you set the desired temperature in 0.1 degree increments, set the timer and press start. I am using a 12 qt bath. The circulator heats the water quite quickly and then holds the temperature steady within a few tenths of a degree. Judging by the volume of water pumped out I'm pretty sure the circulator could handle a larger bath volume with ease.
I am very pleased with this purchase for my home kitchen. Given the fact that consumer models that seem of lower quality in many cases cost more, I consider this the deal of the century.”
