“Machine incorrectly advertised as a 220 volt. It is not!
It is a 20 amp 110 volt which requires a Nema plug and upgraded line service. I confirmed with Chef Equipment prior to purchasing the unit was in fact 220 volt. This was important as I had already installed a220 volt service for the new unit. Chef Equipment don't know there product nor do their support team. I had to install a new dedicated line at additional cost and Chef will not reimburse me! Poor business ethics! Wont deal with Chef again and will not direct new customers to them but rather ward them off!”
