“The Seiko is my first mechanical watch since the early 80s. When I saw the watch on the net I was intrigued - it looked different. I was actually looking for a blue dial watch and changed my mind seeing this one. I knew I wouldn't like the rubber strap and ordered a leather wristband before I received the watch. When I received the watch I disliked how shiny the hands and the hour markers are. If they reflect a dark background they appear like on the pictures but with a bright background they are very bright. I would have preferred a brushed finish similar to the dial. Having said this, I am wearing the watch constantly now and it has grown on me. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.”
