“I received this watch as a Christmas gift. 22 days later, it just stopped working. Salesperson said to place it under a desk lamp for 48 hours! I wore it in the daylight and at work. I am not a vampire. It is useless to me. Sure, it is under warranty, but what a hassle. Now I just have another errand to run by paying for shipping and sending it back to Citizen for a review. I am very disappointed.”

We are sorry to hear of this issue with your timepiece. When our light-powered Eco-Drive watches are properly charged, they would not stop working this easily and are considered low maintenance since batteries are never needed. However, if your watch was purchased from a retail store through a salesperson, it may not have been adequately charged if left in a display with other watches. Your watch may also need a simple reset, and you can locate these instructions in the footer of our website. We will contact you through email to find out more and provide further assistance.
