“The watch looks great and is comfortable wearing. The only negative after a week is that the illumination of the dial and ability to tell time in low light is basically none.”

“Was a gift for my husband for V-Day. He already has 5 Citizen Eco Drive watches. He loves that they never need batteries. Will continue to by Citizen Eco Drive watches, but not from your website. I paid $285.00 for this watch and could of gotten it at Macy's for $180.00. Was disappointed and wanted to return it, but my husband wanted to keep it. Also disappointed that we couldn't take it back to the Citizen Watch store here at the Outlet Malls. Was trying to save you money from shipping it back. Such a shame. I will probably buy another Citizen Watch from you. I just won't be directly from your website again. Would like to say that the people at the Outlet Mall were quite friendly and were understanding. I think they felt bad that they couldn't take the watch back.”
