“The watch is beautiful. Unfortunately the date is too small and gets lost on the face. The band is flimsy and will probably not last long if your plan on wearing the watch everyday. In my opinion, the watch is too light, I like a watch with a little substance. I want to feel my watch and know that it is there. On a positive note it is very easy to adjust the date. All in all, I guess given todays prices and the reality of you get what you pay for, this watch which is under $300, is just fine.”

“I was happy with the midnight blue background for the watch face. It is extremely clear and functional. The case feels very solid. It was easy to set the date. The amount of light it requires is less than I thought it would be. The band material is somewhere between a rubber and a plastic feel, and it seems sturdy enough to last a long time even with use during sports and workouts. I have had another Citizen eco watch for some years, but its battery stopped holding its charge very well. I'm hoping this new one has a better battery technology that will last more years.”

“The watch did not keep time and was defective so I requested a refund. The process was smooth and I am expecting a response soon. So far my refund request has been accepted I mailed the package with the labels emailed to me. Process was smooth and customer support walked me through the process. Great customer care we were just not happy with the watch.”

“I have had The Blue Beauty for years. Simply clean and elegant, yet so easy to read day and night. I had a scratch on the face of the crystal, and when I sent it to Citizen's Torrance service center in CA, they didn't just repair it - they polished the watch inside and out. It came back looking absolutely brand new. I am grateful for their top-notch services, and I love this watch.”

“I had wanted to replace my 30 year Citizen dive watch with a newer model that was more streamlined and could be worn everyday. This sport model is elegant looking and catches the eye, and I love the fact that it will never need a battery.”
