“I bought this watch about 5 months ago (Sept. 2016) for myself to wear as a dress watch. I had previously bought myself a watch for everyday wear from a different company (also solar powered). I loved that feature and began to look for it in a dress watch. After looking at many other products from several companies, this one won my purchase. I was initially concerned with the gold/silver contrast from the photos (as those are typically opposite color schemes), but after receiving the watch it is not an issue at all. The gold is very subtle and works very nicely with the rest of the design. This is also a very comfortably thin watch. Thick enough that it feels sturdy and well-made, but also the thinnest watch I own (though, I only own 4 or 5 watches; and this is my only dress watch). The band is nice-looking and comfortable, although for my wrist size, I seem to be between holes. Therefore the watch is either too tight or slightly too loose (my wrist is about 7 inches in circumference). No big deal, it still works and looks good. Bottom line, this is a beautiful watch that seems to be very well-made and keeps accurate time. I would definitely recommend this watch (or other Citizens!) to a friend. In fact I bought the same watch for my brother for Christmas after I received mine and he loves it too!”

“I have had the watch for a little over 6 months. I wear the watch everyday, to work, going out, etc. There are few watches that can fit with any attire, but the simple elegance of this watch just works. I mentioned work, I work in a warehouse and have had no problems with scratching or damage of any kind.”

“I'm glad I bought this watch. I have owned watches in the past that have been stylish but sacrificed easy to read function. This watch combines style with function and is incredibly accurate with its eco-drive technology. The strap seems a little stiff at first, but with a little wear it softens up and conforms to your wrist. I recommend this watch to anyone who wants a great looking timepiece at a great price.”

“I bought the watch as a birthday gift for my friend Peter. He loved a CITIZEN watch. I picked it for it's elegant Beverly Hills look but didn't realize it never needed a battery till after I bought it! The watch I had previously given him was showing signs of aging AND NOW NEEDED BATTERY REPLACEMENT OFTEN. This is the only watch he liked better... because it was a CITIZEN, and the Bev Hills LOOK, a tiny bit larger, easier to read, and it never needs a battery. I looked for a month on line as well. I said "wow", it never needs a battery so you won't have that problem ever again. He would not surrender his other watch and refused to give it up, till he saw this one and loves the fact that it never needs a battery.”

“Very nice watch, especially for the price. The rose gold accents with the silver/white dial on a stainless steel case look amazing. My only criticism is the watch is not available with a sapphire crystal nor is a sapphire crystal available for replacement.”
