“I bought this watch from my husband for Christmas 2021. He would absolutely love it except that the band keeps breaking. It first broke shortly after I gave it to him. We sent it to Citizen and they repaired it, which took about a month (so he was without a watch for all that time). A few months later it broke again. I took it to a local jewelry store and they kindly fixed it. A few months later it broke again, so my husband took it to the jewelry store and they fixed it. It just broke for the 4th time in January 2023, not even 13 months after purchasing. I am so disappointed in Citizen. We're done--we've only purchased Citizen before, but this is our last Citizen watch. (And FYI, he works in an office and uses it gently--he hasn't done anything to damage it. It's just a poor design.)”
