“I have had this watch one month and the band is scuffed on four of the links. One month! I’m not at all rough on this watch, I love it otherwise. Tried to take it in to replace or fix it and with the 3 year warranty, it covers ONE time to send it in for repairs. This is not an inexpensive watch. I expected better with the price tag. To say I’m disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement. I didn’t purchase through this website, I just asked others to be aware of this issue.”

“I wanted a simple but rugged looking watch that is high quality and also has eco drive. Affordability was also important. I ordered the watch directly from Citizen and received it the next day. I also had Citizen size the watch for me and it fit perfectly. My expectations were met completely and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this watch to a friend.”
