“I have had this watch for a little over a year, and I have had no issues with the watch keeping time. The bracelet is very nice, with the sliding clasp being a nice feature.”

“Have had this watch for two months. Like everything about it except the date window. It's absolutely useless. Only way I can read it is to use my phone's camera and zoom in on it. Definitely need to redesign this part of the watch.”

“The GMT kept good real time but the 24 hr hand did not keep correct 24 Hr. Time in correlation to the Hour Hand the way it is suppose to. I was on the phone with customer support trying to reset the 24 Hr Hand with no luck. I had to send it back and ordered the Promaster Eco Dive . This watch much better 24 hr sub dial keeps actual 24 Hr time, much easier to set time. I do have another Eco Drive watch with same movement in black and that keeps great time also. This is my 4th Citizen watch ,no complaints. Also great customer service very helpful on the phone and patient.”

“The ProMaster Eco-Drive watches take the often maligned Quartz movement to a class all their own. While I prefer the dial/hands on another version, the Sapphire vs. Mineral crystal pushed me over to this version . . . as they both had this remarkable bracelet with the 8-position 2cm micro-adjust. My wrist changes size based on temperature, diet . . . If this watch had a more legible date window and an orange outlined minute hand, I think it would be a perfect 'dive' watch.”

“Ive had the black/orange combo GMT Promaster for about 6mths. Its tough, perfect weightband size for my 7.5" wrist. Ive had more compliments on this (swapped w/a nato band) than any other watch I have.”
