I have wanted a Citizen for almost 20 years. I was initially concerned about the size and some reviews stating it sat high off the wrist. My work watch is a G Shock that I abuse, but this sits about the same height, if not lower, even with the NATO strap. Also I’m a smaller guy, with smaller wrists (155-160lbs) and this fits perfectly. If you are a bigger person it might be a little small in terms of watch to wrist ratio. Otherwise everything is as advertised. I’ve been happy so far.

I have been a career navigator and a precise watch is key to accurate celestial positioning. It is a pain having to use two watches, one in local time and another set to GMT. The eco-drive is supremely accurate; 5 seconds a month and a short exposure to sunlight will run it for months. The face is bright in low light conditions like aircraft or ship cabins. When transiting several time zones rapidly, GMT is your main reference and this watch fits the bill perfectly. If you don't like the band substitute a third party metal band. Just wear it and forget it. It's just that easy.

Great watch, does what says on the box. I needed a no drama, reliable watch with GMT function and there’s no better option than this. Mine is on a nato fabric strap. Low light visibility you get in this is in-matched in this segment. 9/10 Overall. Practicality: 10/10 Value for money : 10/10 Wear comfort / appearance: 9/10 Wears beautifully but slightly larger than in appearance than I had thought.

Great, easy to read watch even in the dark. Simple, classic design that will last a long time. The watch band that comes with it fits and has many holes to adjust it to the perfect fit, however for those of us that have small wrists, the length as one other reviewer said is too long. There is not quite enough of the length to tuck back under the keeper so you either have to cut it off or find another band to fit. I did the later and put it on a navy blue band which looks better than the gray. It makes the watch face pop and makes it look much more striking. Despite the stock band, the watch is great and very happy with it!

I've owned several automatic GMT watches. I purchased this watch because it was an Ecodrive and made by Citizen. Citizen does not disappoint. The alignment of the seconds hand with the face markings is PERFECT. The lume is OUTSTANDING. The quartz movement is very accurate. The domed sapphire crystal is great. The pass-through band is stiff and uncomfortable. I replaced it immediately with a silicone rubber band with quick release pins. I encourage Citizen to replace the nylon band. I'm completely satisfied with the watch.

Great looking everyday watch. The dial is very cool with a unique texture. The strap will fit anyone. Impressive watch for the price.

So I have mixed feelings on this watch. There’s something about it that just looks…. Cheap? Maybe I’m just not used to domed crystal watches is all, I’m not sure. I also wasn’t expecting it to be so thick… it’s not a thin watch even compared to a smart watch. The good things, it does have a screw-down-crown There is Zero reflection from the face The crown feels substantial and has very smooth control of the hands. Very clear and easy to read. I struggled to decide if I liked this watch at first, but the more I wear it the more i liked it. I’m mostly keeping it due to the utilitarian designs, (I needed a screw down crown as I have bent the crown on 2 other citizen watches) and the sapphire crystal is wonderful. I would have preferred a watch without the textured face, and a color option of green would have been fantastic. I would love to see a garrison with a more protected screw-down-crown… that’s what I would have preferred, but this seems fairly close…
