“This is my first Citizen watch which I purchased for my recent trip to Aruba. I’m not a diver but the watch works flawlessly as intended. Definitely waterproof as I was swimming with it daily. The watch is accurate and has held up well. My only minor gripe is after swimming in salt water daily the strap tends to fade. I washed it daily with mild soap and the color came back. Also the watch strap is very stiff. It does not conform to your arm as well. NATO strap or something softer would be more comfortable. Other than that I’m very satisfied with this watch. Also love that it’s solar powered.”

“I bought this watch years ago and it is Solid. Having a Eco Drive watch is great, no batteries. I recently have not used my watch for over a month because of another watch. I put this on and shook it around and Keeps on Ticking again. I am on this site because I need another band. It’s been about 8 years. I think my dog got ahold of it but it’s so solid I want another band like this. I am not a diver but wear it surfing. It has held up very well.”

“The watch is fantastic! I like the classic black dial. If you want variability, go this way. You can easily put it on a strap of any colour you like. Initially I ordered the orange gradient version which is more expensive but I realised that it limits colour options and returned it. Also, the watch comes in a mini scuba tank package that becomes a nice addition to my room.”

“A great tool watch. I bought this to replace my Seiko 6309-7049 diver that I bought in Feb ‘85. This watch has similar looks but has the advantage of the Eco-Drive needing only light to charge it. So far, this watch seems robust enough for everything I’ve put it through. I’ve worn it fishing, swimming, shooting, and in daily yard work chores. It hasn’t lost time that I can tell - I don’t do anything precise enough to sync with a world clock. It looks and performs like a solid work watch, but is also nice enough to wear for casual outings.”
