“Unboxing this was very appealing, to include the case it came in, which looked like a helium tank. Unfortunately the turn dial to change the time and date was stuck. Once I finally got it unstuck the dial is loose. Hopefully in the future this can be resolved.”

“My first diver‘s watch. Always wanted a watch that was actually waterproof, kept the correct time, and never needs a battery. Would like to see the option of a different band so it can be worn as a semi dress watch. Love it!”

“I just received my watch and low and behold the case size IS NOT 48mm but 42mm. I like the watch and I may keep it, but extremely disappointed at the wrong information on the website.”

“After reviewing videos, reviews, etc. decided to add this durable, low maintenance, blue dial/bracelet dive watch to the collection. Very pleased! Worked immediately right after unboxing, seems to be keeping excellent time for these 1st 2 or so months. Like the look, band is fine although I may add a new one for a different look. Strong recommend at this reasonable price point.”

“I finally bought the Citizens Eco-Drive Pro-Master. After the mix up with the delivery process I was eager to wear this timepiece. The weight felt great, the product looked beautiful but; the watch looked to small on my wrist but the band was very uncomfortably tight. Unfortunately and sadly I must return this item.”

“Had my 1st CITIZEN divers watch in 1985, while a teenager and was extremely found of it. Now, after years of owning hundreds of various brands/models, I decided to return to my "1st love"!
